We are living in an emotionally charged world, with COVID, BLM movement, Election year, and an unprecedented rise in violence and death around the globe!

Candid & Calm Conversations on health and wellness regarding current crisis due to corona virus and social injustice are absolutely necessary now.
What has been the effect of COVID on your physical and mental health and well-being? Does ‘Black Lives Matter' bring up any strong emotions or memories since we as South Asians, are people of color too? Where and how do you get your news? How do you process the overwhelming (mis)information?
These and other important questions will be addressed and issues discussed. Our mental health panelists will share their experience in helping to deal with various emotions that we perhaps hitherto did not acknowledge.
Join us for this very important event and hopefully get some advice on how to talk to your children and aging parents about these issues based on our own cultural background and biases.
